Summary: All about capacity!!!
Comment: This is the fourth Apple iPod classic 120 GB Black (6th Generation) I have owned (1st gen 10gb, 4th ,or was it 5th?> gen 30 gb, and a 1 gb Shuffle). After acquiring enough content to max out the 30 gb, I knew it was time for a change.
If you're looking for bells and whistles, look at the Touches or the iPhone... if you're looking for a single device to store all your music, video, and podcasts without having to constantly manually reorder playlists or decide which podcasts you can live without, this is the iPod for you.
I travel for business and often use that time to catch up on marketing and business podcasts. Previously, this would require me to move music off the iPod to free up space for the podcasts. Now I grab and go.
Coupled with a decent set of Bose® QuietComfort® 3 Acoustic Noise Cancelling® Headphones and you've just built yourself a mini Fortress of Solitude, even in Cubicle Hell...

Summary: Great big player, small package
Comment: I've had lots of other MP3 players and always poopooed the hype about ipods. When I got my new Nissan Murano just before Christmas 2008, it came with an Ipod dock. I decided to get an ipod so I could control it through the stereo rather than having to fumble with my MP3 player while driving. I am amazed at how well it works.
Boy was I wrong about ipods! The features, controls and menus are miles above any other MP3 player I've owned or used. I've got all of my cd collection (over 100 CDs) stored on this baby and it's not even half full! The screen is incredibly easy to use, and the ability to keep all of my audiobooks (monthy downloads from Audible) on it means that I've always got the next novel ready when I'm bookin' down the road.

Summary: Hermoso Bichito si tienes el tiempo y la paciencia
Comment: La calidad caracterÃstica de apple reluce en este bichito también, muy buen acabado, el sonido sigue siendo igual de bueno (no se nota mejora respecto al anterior, pero se mantiene la respetable calidad de sonido), ahora, el problema esta en el nuevo software, es muy lindo, pintoresco pero al parecer los 120GB del classic son mas de lo que puede aguantar el software, aunque la mayorÃa de las veces reacciona correctamente por momentos (yo que lo utilizo unas 4 horas al dÃa en shuffle...me ocurre a diario) se queda congelado con los comandos(no se llega a colgar, ni a interrumpir la música OJO !!) solo se paraliza la pantalla y no responden los botones, tras unos 2 a 5 segundos vuelve a la normalidad.(esto supongo debido a la gran extencion de memoria que tiene que recorrer y analizar el pequeño procesador)
No me arrepiento de mi compra, estoy bastante contento de echo, es aveces un poco molesto el problemita, pero no es grave y a mi parecer es cuestión de paciencia. Lo recomiendo solo les aviso que aun no es perfecto, y espero que apple saque una actualización rápidamente para arreglar estos bugs.

Comment: The Apple IPOD Classic 120 GB is more than an MP3 player, it is a music magician. With the unit I can conjure up music within my sizeable library that has been stored and can be played in a "lossless" manner. Without its sizable hard drive, this would not be possible.
As with all IPODS the controls are intuitive, which allows me to easily locate the music that I want to listen to.
While it can pay videos and some game software, this unit is designed to play music. And it does so extremely well. I am pleased that I did not select a different IPOD with more features but less space for the music.
