Comment: in stores, this item can cost as much as 28 bucks. what a rip off for just a cable. it works fine and even better than the one that came with the phone.(this one comes with a snap on and off button so that it's securely connected to phone.) highly recommend this product.

Comment: This cable works just fine with my 3g. Note that it is about 5.75 ft. long, so may not be the best choice for travelers, but is great when an application calls for a nice long cable. I like the locking feature of the phone connector.
