Customer Rating: Summary: Funny, funny, funny!! Comment: I loved this CD. I watched the show on HBO and it brought back a lot of funny memories.
It may not be as funny to those who haven't seen the show.
Customer Rating: Summary: Hilarious Comment: Fresh, intelligent humor from two unlikely stars, funny from start to finish.
If you like the soundtrack definitely check out the HBO series, or vice versa.. if you haven't heard of them get out from under the rock and check them out!
Customer Rating: Summary: Fantasy Flight Comment: The show is incredible and the CD is a must-have for all fans. The tunes are catchy and the lyrics are funny and clever. I've been playing it through for several days now. My kids like it too. There are a few inappropriate songs, but most are very kid friendly. ("No, honey. He said mother FLIPPIN'")
Customer Rating: Summary: 9 bucks well spent Comment: This is my first foray into buying an mp3 album; quality is terrific, no obnoxious DRM to speak of, download was very quick.
As for FOTC, I love the band and hope that the industry picks on the buzz and supports them so they can continue to produce what is IMHO very novel, hilarious and entertaining work such as the songs on this album. I recommend checking out their TV show as well.
Customer Rating: Summary: Better Than the Tv Show Comment: Flight of the Conchords is everything a former Weird Al lover could ever ask for. The songs get caught in your head for days. I find myself now referring to sex as "Business Time". I honestly feel that you would have to be void of a sense of humor in order to not appreciate this cd. I definitely recommend listening to it at least once in your life. You should be warned, you will get hooked.

This acclaimed Kiwi novelty band follow the release of their six-track Grammy Award-winning CD EP "The Distant Future" with their full-length debut. Features fully fleshed-out and professionally recorded versions of the duo's concerts and TV favorites. Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement's trademark acoustic guitars lead the blitz, backed by a diverse array of instrumentation and production technique. If amazing, delightful, and hilarious is your idea of funny, then prepare for undisappointment. These fifteen songs pay homage to Pet Shop Boys, censorship, Marvin Gaye, sexism, Shabba Ranks, and backhanded compliments.
