Summary: You will See Results with this Workout!
Comment: This workout is not for the faint of heart. It's for the workout enthusiast who is ready to take their workout to another level. Jillian is powerful and I love this workout. I had this workout for a few months, but was afraid to do this workout, because I knew it was going to be challenging. I did this because I needed to break through a weight loss plateau, and boy did this do the trick!
I had been working out for 3 months and started this workout last week. I've already seen results. My arms and legs are sore, but more toned and I've lost some more weight! I'm up to 21 pounds so far with 30 more to go.
I am confident that this workout will make me stronger and I'll burn more calories as a result.

Summary: The most intense 20 minutes
Comment: I consider myself to be in fairly good shape. I'm about 15 pounds heavier than I'd like to be, but I go the gym at least 3 days a week. I usually run a mile and do a 12-machine weight circuit. I'm a single mom and a full-time student and I got this video to supplement at home when I can't get to the gym. I watched the level 1 first it and it looked like it would be pretty easy. However, when I actually tried it, I got my a$$ handed to me. It was I-N-T-E-N-S-E! I sweated more in that 20 minutes than I ever do at gym. I'm completely sold on this and can't wait to see the results!

Summary: The intro is way too long...
Comment: I love the workouts. I hate the fact that it takes at least five minutes before you can even get TO the workouts. You are forced to watch the intro every time you want to use the dvd. There is no way to jump to the main menu. It kind of defeats the whole 20 minute workout idea.
Other than that one little issue, I really do enjoy the workouts.

Comment: I found the workouts to be grueling and I love them! I have lost inches and pounds I'm close to where I want to be now! Jillian is awesome! I wish I could meet her face to face...

Comment: This workout is great! I am an avid exerciser and in great shape. The workouts on this DVD are very challenging. I would highly recommend this DVD for those who are looking to up their level of intensity. My only criticism is the long introductions that you cannot skip.
