Summary: Leaves U.S.-based magazines in the dust!
Comment: Any time I went into a book store, I would look for the British decorating magazines because they were sooo much more creative than the U.S. based decorating magazines. They had great ideas, and wonderful pictures but the products featured were not easy to get in the U.S. :( Then I found "Style at Home" on Amazon and took a chance Canadian decorators could be as creative as the British and I was not disappointed!! The magazine has great ideas and Canada is close enough that if you want to buy something featured in the articles, you can! I love this magazine and look forward to reading it every month!!

Comment: i've never written a review on amazon - but i live in baltimore and this is a canadian magazine - and if i had to choose only one magazine to get this would be it.
great tips on decorating, beautiful pictures, feels like and everyday person type of mag -- not like architectural digest etc. where "...sofa pictured is $47,000..." etc.
i esp. like the articles on how to maximize smaller spaces -- for those of us averse to the mcmansion trend - shows how beautiful and almost jewelbox like we can make our spaces - all simply and innovatively.
i just like it and i think canadian home design has something on the US -- if you watch HGTV alot you'll see many shows come from up north.
