Summary: They are sharp!
Comment: It took me a long time to get these blades (they are hard to find in Brazil) but I'm really happy that I finally did. They are easy to handle and extremely sharp, which allows for an extra precision in cutting works. I haven't quite figured out the purpose of each one except those that are obvious, so maybe some instructions with the kit would help, but still I'm very pleased with the results I'm getting.

Summary: Excellent
Comment: This X-acto set is wonderful. It keeps all the sharps in a nicely organized box safe from the eyes of children. My only disappointment is that the very sharp pointed blades, (two or three per box), lose their tips sharpness after just a few uses. I don't know if you can sharpen them again your self or if you just have to keep replacing them. I use them to cut contact paper to make a stencil for glass etching. After two stencils the tip is no longer sharp enough to cut the contact paper without tearing it. But all in all it is a very useful tool.
