Customer Rating: Summary: Fun strenght training Comment: I love Leslie Sansone, and am a long time fan. I do enjoy some workouts more than others, and on another site I belong to I saw some negative reviews on this one, but decided to give it a shot. I completely disagree! If you are a Sansone fan (if not still go for it!) But it has two of the old tried and trues, Mary Kay and Carol working along with Leslie. It is a strenght training workout that you will need weights for, and is not hard, but gives you a great feeling that you have built up some strenght and worked some muscles. I love the background which is someone's beautiful house, and the music is upbeat and uplifting. I loved this one!!
Customer Rating: Summary: Walk the Walk - Excellent! Comment: I found this video at Target this past Saturday and watched it when I got home. Needless to say, I got it out Sunday morning to do the workout. I was thrilled with it! It was easy, but I could feel everything I did. I have Leslie's 1, 2 and 3 mile Walk Away the Pounds tapes and enjoy all of them. This is a bit different in that you are firming, not doing aerobic exercise - which is exactly what I was looking for. There's not so much chatter, as she only has 2 on the floor with her, versus a large group. The music is very insprirational, which I thoroughly enjoyed too. I highly recommend this one for those who are just beginning to exercise, as well as those who just want something a little different from the walking.
Customer Rating: Summary: Walk Videos are the best Comment: I have most of her walk videos and used all of them all the time so it doesn't get boring. Her videos are low impact and fun and the best part is that you can do them right at home. if you don't have the room to walk around you can just walk in place. Upper and lower body workouts! I say they are all a 10+
