Summary: It healed my backpain.
Comment: This is an awesome program. It healed my backpain. I had suffered backpain for more than three years. I went to see my doctor and chiropractor and none of them helped, not mention the fact that lots of time was spent in doctor office visits. After finished six-week program, my backpain was gone. I can sleep better and walk better. Thank author for the wonderful program.

Comment: I had a ruptured disc, and a pinched nerve in my back. I had been to several doctors, and the last one, nerve specialist said all that was left was to have surgery. I just mentioned to a lady that I was in so much pain that I could not sit down, and what my problem was, and she said "I have what you need" she told me she had previously had 3 ruptured discs and this had helped her. I ordered the video and in the second week the pain went away. I finished all 6 weeks, and I have never had another problem. That was about 9 years ago. I highly recommend this video, and encourage you to stick with it. Don't give up! It works!

Comment: This program of exercises for troublesome backs is great! There are several levels of difficulty, you can choose which level to do. The music is nice and relaxing, as is the narrator's voice. I wish it was available on DVD.

Comment: This video means so much to me and to all the people I know who have used it. It is sad that it is not available now to people who need it. Someone told me that the only place they could find it now is at Collage Video which has a catalog and an online store just for exercise videos. This video should be permanently available and should be in DVD now but I don't think it is. All I can say is this video is a lifesaver.
