Comment: I sit all day at work at a desk and haven't exercised since high school (15 years ago) but I had never gained weight, (I have had 4 kids, though)... anyway I finally decided to do it when I notice I had started to spread and checked out every exercise video at the library. In just 4 days after jazzercising I lost 3 pounds and I can run up and down the stairs without panting... I still can't go all the way through in one day, but I love Judi Sheppard Missett's approach, it's pretty easy to stop the video and start in the same place the next day without much warm up. She is really simple to follow and fun to listen to. In contrast to other videos, I love to be upbeat, but I get lost trying to stomp all over the place. I'm young and not overly stressed so the quiet, sleepy streching videos were too boring. So, jazzercise is perfect for me.
