Comment: I liked this book, but while a lot of it made sense, I started to get the feeling that about a third of it was just speculation, not based on actual research. I give four stars because I had fun reading it.

Comment: So far the book seems good & worth reading. I haven't finished the book because I have too many other books to read. My mom was all over the book the first day I got it. If it inspires you, then buy it.
