Tele-Response Center, Inc. Wins Multiple Sclerosis Association of America Fundraising Account
Based on successful lapsed donor reactivation segmentation and telefundraising test, MSAA awards TRC contract for ongoing donor development and fundraising services.
Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) September 9, 2005 -- Tele-Response Center, Inc.
(TRC) recently announced it has entered into a new agreement with the Multiple
Sclerosis Association of America (MSAA) to participate in MSAA’s ongoing donor
development program. MSAA is a national nonprofit charitable organization
dedicated to easing the day-to-day challenges faced by thousands of individuals
with MS, their, families, and their care partners. TRC is one of the premier
providers of fundraising and membership development services in the nonprofit
arena, providing donor/member database analytics, direct mail and
telefundraising campaign design, management and execution.
MSAA has in
excess of two million donors who have contributed funds to MSAA as a result of
various direct mail, telephone, and personal development activities. According
to Neal Zoren, MSAA’s Director of Direct Marketing, “Individual gifts account
for over 85% of the funds that MSAA needs each year to maintain its programs and
services, and most of those donors respond to MSAA’s direct mail or
telefundraising efforts. We will be retaining TRC to assist us in analyzing our
donor files and developing and implementing new direct ask appeals across all of
our donor segments.”
TRC specializes in nonprofit fundraising direct
response services, including donor-base analytics, telefundraising, and direct
mail design and execution services. TRC also performs business to business and
business to consumer integrated telemarketing and direct mail communications and
sales programs.
