This year's prestigious 118 Awards were held at The Lowry Hotel,
Manchester City Centre. Hosted by the very funny Gina Yashere the best
directory enquiries services in the world have been rightly rewarded. This
year's Award entrants were treated to a champagne reception and mouth
watering five course meal at Manchester's first five star hotel.

The Best European Service gave evidence of their

staff. The Best European Service Award was presented by James Glasspool
from Volt Delta at this year's International Directory Enquiries
Conference & Awards Ceremony in Manchester City Centre UK.
