Today, HireAbility(r) launched its Premium Independent Agent (IA) program, an enhanced set of products and services for independent recruiters. The new program offers many advantages over those included with the Standard Independent Agent program, most notably, a subscription to CareerBuilder.com's database of more than 11 million resumes.
