Messaging Architects, a leading provider of policy, security, and mobility solutions for GroupWise, will be present at the Novell Solutions Lab Collaboration Section and offer Exchange 5.5 to GroupWise 7 Migration classes during BrainShare Europe. Messaging Architects has also launched GWMax, a GroupWise 7 upgrade/migration bundle designed to offer enterprise GroupWise users a total messaging solution, including anti-spam and anti-virus, email archiving & compliance, and mobile messaging.

Montreal, Canada (PRWEB) August 19, 2005 -- Messaging Architects, a leading provider of policy, security, and mobility solutions for GroupWise, announced today that it will be present at the Novell Solutions Lab Collaboration Section, as well as offer Exchange 5.5 to GroupWise 7 Migration classes at the Novell Migration Lab during BrainShare Europe, in Barcelona, September 11-15, 2005. GroupWise 7 offers migration tools that, technically speaking, make the switch from other email platforms to GroupWise 7 extremely easy.

In addition to its involvement in the migration, Messaging Architects is launching its own GroupWise 7-upgrade/migration bundle which includes its enterprise-class suite of applications that address the primary concerns of email and collaboration administrators world-wide: GWGuardian, its best-of-breed messaging firewall, GWArchive, its robust solution for email retention, storage optimization and regulatory compliance, and GWAnywhere, its mobile platform for real-time sync of GroupWise data. Seeing as one of the prime concerns of existing Microsoft Exchange 5.5 users is the capacity to connect with other applications, the package also includes GWOpen, a free Application Integration Framework for enabling GroupWise with third-party products, such as CRM systems, Sales Force Automation or Financial Solutions.

"We love the GWMax bundle and are thinking of deploying the applications in parallel with our upgrade to GroupWise 7 planned to be completed by the end of the year," explains Brian Anderson, Manager of User Services at Auburn University. "We feel that adding the GWMax bundle is further maximizing our investment in GroupWise."

"GWMax was designed to offer a total messaging solution, including anti-spam and anti-virus, email archiving & compliance, and mobile messaging for MS Exchange users as well as for current GroupWise users upgrading to GroupWise 7," explained Charles Nguyen, Director of Strategic Alliances and Partnerships at Messaging Architects. "All the applications in the bundle are Novell Yes Certified guaranteeing the highest level of compatibility with GroupWise. The package is priced extremely competitively and includes all upgrades, migration tools, and unlimited technical support. We are certain that this additional offering from Messaging Architects presents another compelling reason for organizations to migrate to GroupWise 7 and further maximize their benefits from the most secure and reliable collaboration platform in the industry."

Availability
The GWMax bundle is currently available from Messaging Architects and any of Novell's channel partners to both enterprise organizations migrating to GroupWise 7 from other email platforms and to current GroupWise users upgrading from a lower version of GroupWise.
