CubePort(tm): Essbase to Analysis Services: Porting in High Volumes
CubePort(tm), The Analytics Porting Application, offers its first CubePort(tm) Volume Pricing Program. This offer is available until 11/01/2005 for customers with high cube counts.
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) August 17, 2005 -- ExoLogic announces a Volume Pricing
Program for its CubePort(tm) application in which high numbers of cubes may be
ported to the Microsoft Analysis Services product with defined cube volume
rates. For the lowest volume of cubes, the price per cube would be $5,000, but
with a high number of cubes ported, the price per cube can be as little as
$1,000 per cube.
These volume and pricing rates would be held at
organization level. This offer is for a limited time -- it extends for all
engagements initiated up to 11/01/2005. For more details on the price per volume
breakdown, see: http://www.exologic.com/CubePortVolumePricing.pdf
Mr.
Thomas Fimiani, one of the architects and principals at ExoLogic, explains: "At
these price points in this offer, the port itself can be achieved very
economically and very realistically in terms of the logistics wrapped around a
porting project. With CubePort's economical and automated approach, combined
with the additional benefits of porting an organization's business intelligence
(BI) system to the Microsoft product-line will not only bring outstanding value,
but also the potential for significant savings on licensing expenses.
Additonally, even more savings may be realized for organizations that already
own SQL Server and the Microsoft Office suite which are needed to take advantage
of the BI and OLAP features to which CubePort targets."
Dr. Kenneth
Kipers, ExoLogic's Strategic Director, adds, "Even at our pricing before this
offer, all of these per cube pricing points are easily exceeded by costs
associated with manual or utility-assisted attempts at porting such cube
databases, not to mention the avoidance of much time and many hassles. The
benefit is that we want to allow larger organizations who tend to have larger
cube counts to more easily budget-in taking advantage of our CubePort
technology."
