CCC Technologies Taps Technical Veteran to Head Customer Support Unit, and Names Director of Marketing.

departments.
Juan Rodriguez, Director of Operations has named Sheila
Jaycox, a 35 year veteran of the telephony industry, as CSU (Customer Support
Unit) Supervisor. She joined CCC in 2004 as part of the CSU technical team, but
quickly demonstrated that her 25+ years of AT&T/Lucent/Avaya product
knowledge and prior supervisory experience would be more efficiently utilized as
leader of the team. Sheila oversees day to day operations of the CSU, including
installations, dispatch, and customer service.
“Sheila has a proven track
record of managing people and providing excellent customer satisfaction”, said
Juan. “She’s a leader with 35 years of experience in communications and won’t
stand for poor customer service. We were both peers in previous companies where
she received numerous accommodations.”
“My goal is to develop a team that
our clients can view as their advocate within CCC Technologies,” said Sheila of
the new direction of the CSU, “I want all of our clients to know that when they
contact us, we will provide them with excellent service and more importantly,
follow through.”
At the same time, Jim Poull, Executive Vice President
and General Manager named Kim Kiefer as Director of Marketing.

Kim’s first initiative was a complete redesign and

which took place in the beginning of July. The new site is extremely user
friendly and focuses on the people as well as the technology, including the new
“Blog Zone”. The blog (short for web log) features team members from all
different departments, and allows participants to share other interests outside
the world of Convergence and IP Telephony.
