today announced a Conversion Allowance Program* (CAP) for SumTotal and Pathlore
customers put at financial risk by SumTotal’s acquisition of Pathlore, made
public on August 3, 2005.
Under the Learn.com CAP program, Learn.com
will absorb the costs to migrate from the SumTotal Systems Inc. LMS (Nasdaq:
SUMTE) or Pathlore’s LMS to the award-winning Learn.com LearnCenter.® The CAP
Program includes migration of clients’ existing and historical training data,
data conversion, user navigation design, implementation, and deployment
services. The CAP may be applied to LearnCenter premise-based or Software as a
Service contracts.

which currently has less than 40 deployed customers, or experiencing a dearth of
