GigaTrust Announces Rights Management Services (RMS) Support for Blackberry
GigaTrust announced it will allow users to read Windows RMS protected email on Blackberry® devices in Q4 2005. The GigaTrust Blackberry solution will extend the GigaTrust enterprise offering by helping enterprise and government customers view and respond to their most critical email while away from the office.

allow users to read Windows RMS protected email on Blackberry® devices in Q4
2005. The GigaTrust Blackberry solution will extend an already robust enterprise
offering by helping customers view and respond to their most critical email
while away from the office. The GigaTrust Blackberry solution will be offered to
enterprise and government customers who purchase the GigaTrust Enterprise
Software.
The GigaTrust solution for Blackberry will enforce viewing
rights when customers receive a RMS-protected email on a Blackberry device. This
means that customers cannot forward, print, or otherwise distribute the contents
of protected email unless explicitly granted permission by the email author.
Customers who receive an email with copy, print, and edit privileges will
maintain those permissions when opening email from their desktop or laptop
computer while being allowed to view and respond to email from their remote
device.
