Board of Advisors to provide guidance and recommendations throughout the

The Reston based company said the
newly formed advisory board includes veteran executives with broad technology,
management, marketing and corporate finance experience in the
telecommunications, consumer products, advertising, media and high tech
industries. Board members have partnered with Upper Quadrant to provide product
and strategic guidance in their respective areas of expertise.

Tom Benelli--
Tom Benelli
serves as Managing Director of OMD Direct for OMD USA. Mr. Benelli oversees the
largest direct media group in North America and is responsible for client
satisfaction, strategic insight and direct marketing activities for major
Fortune 500 companies such as AIG, DirecTV, Dell and Citibank. After eight years
of general media planning for agencies like Lowe and Geer DuBois, Mr. Benelli
joined Wunderman in 1992 where he worked on the American Express and Amex
Financial Advisors, Citibank, Glaxo SmithKline, Roche, Xerox and AT&T
accounts. Mr. Benelli joined OMD in April 2002 from Omnicom's premier direct
marketing firm, Rapp Collins where he was president of RappMedia. Mr. Benelli
chairs the 4A's Direct Marketing Media Committee, which helps to expand the
practice of direct marketing media within the advertising and marketing
community.
Andrew Cohen --
Andrew Cohen serves as Senior Vice
President and Chief Technology Officer for Icahn Associates Corp where he is
responsible for the technology direction, corporate infrastructure and
integration of all Icahn companies. Mr. Cohen has more than 25 years of
experience in executive management, retail software development, web portal
development, information technology and marketing strategy with both start-up's
and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Icahn Associates as CTO, Mr. Cohen
held CTO positions at Lowestfare.com and American Greetings and was President of
CNS Development Corporation and Vice President Technology Solutions at
Micrografx, Inc.
Ken Homa --
Ken Homa serves on the faculty of
Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business where he teaches graduate
courses in marketing strategy and operations. Mr. Homa's career includes
consulting, leadership and teaching positions with Arthur Anderson, McKinsey and
Company, Black and Decker, General Electric, and the University of Chicago. Mr.
Homa was General Manager of Product Marketing for General Electric's Major
Appliance Business Group and General Manager of Marketing for G.E. Housewares.
Upon Black & Decker's acquisition of G.E. Housewares, Mr. Homa was appointed
Vice President of Marketing for the Household Products Group. Mr. Homa also
served as Vice President -Group Logistics and Business Systems for Black &
Decker. He has earned several teaching and service awards and serves on the
board of multiple start-up companies.
Don Lynch --
Don Lynch is a
recognized pioneer, builder and innovator in the telecommunications industry. As
the former Chairman of Control Point Solutions, Chairman/CEO of Broadmargin and
the founder of Lynch & Company and its operating entities, Mr. Lynch led the
merger of Broadmargin with Teledata Control to create Control Point Solutions a
leading telecom expense management firm. During a 17-year career in senior
management with MCI, Mr. Lynch played a pivotal role in shaping the company's
business operations. He built MCI's basic financial infrastructures, including
billing processes and core financial systems, and led efforts to prepare MCI for
the advent of equal access in conjunction with AT&T's divestiture. Mr. Lynch
sits on a number of corporate boards, both private and public.
