best practices in helping HR executives move their function from administrative
to strategic. Prior to joining Knowledge Infusion, Link served as vice president
of HR Transformation at The Cedar Group, formerly known as The Hunter Group,
where he held various leadership positions since joining in 1996.
In
addition to engaging with a broad range of industry clients, Link has worked
closely with product vendors including PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Authoria,
Workscape, and Workstream to articulate market trends and how to successfully
transition towards strategic human capital management. He has also held
leadership positions with Watson Wyatt Worldwide in its HR technology practice
and is a frequent speaker and author on HR transformation issues.
