Advanced Instruments Inc., Oxygen Analysis Through Advanced Analyzer and Sensor Technology
Advanced Instruments Inc., (AII) designs and manufactures oxygen analyzers and sensors for Percent, PPM, and PPB measurements.
Pomona, CA (PRWEB) May 6, 2005 -- Development of a new advanced-technology,
Pico-Ion electrochemical sensor has allowed Advanced Instrument Inc. to offer a
portable trace-oxygen analyzer that virtually eliminates waiting between tests.
The totally unique GPR-1200 analyzer provides instant purge, 90% of FS response
in less than 30 seconds, and a sample bypass that isolates the sensor from high
concentrations of air and allows recovery from an upset in less than 5 minutes.
Not only is the Pico-Ion sensor ultra-reliable and maintenance-free, it has an
expected life of 36 months.
Along with the
industry proven features of our oxygen sensors, we have recently revamped our
entire line of oxygen analyzers with microprocessor based electronics that allow
more features for the user. Some highlighted features would be a new autoranging
feature and both temperature and pressure compensation built into the
electronics as well as the sensors.
The analyzer
embodies the application versatility required to analyze parts-per-billion (ppb)
and parts-per-million (ppm) levels of oxygen contamination in chemical and
petrochemical processing, air separation and liquefaction, semiconductor
manufacture,
atmosphere blanketing, gas purity certification, catalyst
protection, and natural gas treatment and transmission.
Measuring ranges include 0-1, 0-10, 0-100, 0-1000 and
1-10,000 ppm. Accuracy is +/-2% of FS at constant
temperature, while sensitivity is +/-0.5% of FS. Output is 100 mVDC with
optional 0-1 VDC. Modularized construction provides for quick and easy component
replacement.
An ultra-clean, stainless-steel sampling
system employs techniques and components that meet the stringent quality
requirements for ultra-high-quality gas monitoring in the semiconductor
industry. The possibility of gas absorption, trapping and dead legs is
eliminated.
Priced at $3,900, the GPR-1200 analyzer
provides more performance for the price than any portable, ultra-high-purity
trace-oxygen analyzer on the market. Customized features are available for
unique applications.
