Swiss-based NanoWorld Holding AG acquired Bulgarian based Innovative Solutions Bulgaria Ltd. The members companies of NanoWorld Holding AG already included NanoWorld AG (a manufacturer of high quality Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM)probes used for nanotechnology research). With the acquisition of Innovative Solutions Bulgaria Ltd. and its AFM probe brand BudgetSensors NanoWorld Holding AG now has rounded off its key area of activities with a company covering the lower price segment.

100 % of Bulgarian based Innovative Solutions Bulgaria Ltd. (ISB) with its AFM
Probes division BudgetSensors™ on April 1, 2005.
