assets and intellectual property. The first in the series, a one-day workshop,
“Managing Intellectual Property for Greater Corporate Value: Methods and

Re-Organization, and Exit Stages,” is offered in several U.S. cities, including
Manchester, New Hampshire, October 6, 2005. Topics include but are not limited
to principles of patent, trade secret, trademark, and copyright protection; IP
asset basics pertinent to commercialization and keeping the corporation healthy,
e.g. ownership, selective information disclosure, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance;
IP management strategies and responsibilities by corporate function; anti-trust

proceedings; and franchising.
Speakers include Pamela (Pam) Roth,

Secor Law and Information Group, LLC. Ms. Roth has been engaged for more than 20
years as an enterprise strategist, product marketing practice manager, and
electronics and software industry analyst; and holds law degrees from Franklin
Pierce Law Center (L.L.M. in Intellectual Property) and New England School of
Law (J.D.); an M.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute; and B.A. from Hofstra
University. Mr. Secor, an attorney practicing in NH and MA, focuses on
transactional business law, tax law, and IP management; and holds law degrees
from Harvard Law (L.L.M.) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D.); an M.S. from
New Hampshire College, and B.A. from Stonehill College.
