Technology Enterprise Forum Chicago Chapter announced today that Peter G.
Balbus, founder and managing director of Pragmaxis, LLC, will serve as moderator
for its panel discussion entitled Creating, Protecting and Defending
Intellectual Property. The event will be held on November 17th at 6:00pm CDT at
the Chicago offices of Gardner Carton & Douglas, 191 N. Wacker Drive,
Chicago, IL.
Mr. Balbus’ management consulting group specializes in
assisting corporations in creating, channeling and commercializing intellectual
property assets. Prior to founding his own consulting practice, Mr. Balbus held
senior practitioner and management positions with Booz-Allen & Hamilton, CSC
Index and KPMG Strategic Services. Mr. Balbus was also the on-air host of The
Information Age, a cable-TV program focusing on emerging technologies broadcast
on FNN (now CNN-fn).
