The Corporate Circus, Inc. and Shanghai TianYu Technology Development, Co. sign a cooperation agreement to launch The Corporate Circus properties as Business “Education-Entertainment” animation project in China.
Henderson, Nevada – The Corporate Circus (“TCC”), the original and
innovatively creative fantasy style corporate satire book-based property,
written and created by Adela JP (pen name of Adela Josue Polin, MBA), has signed
a multi-media cooperation deal with Shanghai Tianyu Technology Development Co.,
Ltd. (“TianYu”). This cooperation will launch The Corporate Circus properties as
a business “education-entertainment” animation project to teach western business
concepts, principles, techniques, English, workplace stress relief (using office
play, fun and humor), employee motivation/inspiration/self-help, and other
related matters to business professionals and academia in China.
The
terms of this non-exclusive cooperation deal are multi-faceted which includes,
but not limited to animation (shorts, television shows, feature film), media
(television, cell phones and Internet), merchandising, publishing, corporate
seminars and business management training, computer and digital games, live

TianYu (http://www.tianyu.com.cn), a
Shanghai based multi-media and Internet development technology Company, has

Adela
Josue Polin, Founder and President of The Corporate Circus, Inc. (www.thecorporatecircus.com), is an MBA whose corporate
experience led to the writing and creation of “The Corporate Circus” as an
entertainingly satiric look at corporate life. The Corporate Circus consists of
15 unique office humor characters, currently in the form of collectible plush
dolls satirizing the workplace. These characters come alive in a fantasy-style
tongue-in-cheek corporate satire book titled, “The Corporate Circus – a fairy
tale soap opera on office life” and are illustrated in a colorful comical
corporate hierarchy poster titled “The Org Chart.” The book has received a five
Star rave review from Midwest Book Review stating it as “humorous, witty and
engagingly presented…a highly recommended reading!”
Adela founded The
Corporate Circus, Inc. to market and license worldwide the TCC properties, i.e.
characters, brand, trademark, artwork, book and concept. The Corporate Circus
Inc., an American Company, headquartered in Henderson, Nevada, USA, owns all
intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, and trademarks,
artworks, illustrations, designs and books involving The Corporate Circus.
“The beauty of The Corporate Circus is that it takes complex business
issues (e.g. organizational behavior and other business related matters),
simplifies and presents them through animation that is visual, fun and humorous.
Further, TCC characters, concept and story have many advantages, such as
universal, global appeal, entertaining, educational, therapeutic (through office
play and humor), thought provoking and profound. The business applications of
TCC are extensive as an entertainment and/or educational project,” said Adela.
The first launch of the “edutainment” project will be through
publication of The Corporate Circus book in English and Chinese localized for
the China business culture. This will be followed shortly by publication of new
business teaching books and other related subjects matters using The Corporate
Circus characters. Promotion of TCC books, concept and brand will be through an
“infomercial” animation using shorts films to introduce The Corporate Circus 15
office humor characters in their corporate settings.
TianYu’s Internet
portal (http://www.tianyu.com.cn), media, MBA association and other
business relationships will be utilized as a medium to expose and educate the
China target market about The Corporate Circus business “edutainment” concept.
Both parties intend to bring in their extensive media and business relationships
to explore all The Corporate Circus multi-media business entertainment and
educational opportunities.
TianYu’s management, Mr. Li Jian Ping and Mr.
Zhang Wei Min, Adela Josue Polin and TCC management will spearhead the
“edutainment” business plan development effort in China. Mr. Li Jian Ping, MBA,
is the founder and General Manager of Shanghai TianYu Technology Development Co.
