professional services program allows European and Asia-Pacific based software
vendors with customers in the United States to use our US-based technical staff
to execute customer installs, upgrades and tuning or sales support assignments.

product installations reflect the individual reality of the customer
environment, especially when the customer is located on a different continent.
Successful installation often requires close on-site collaboration with database
administrators, system managers and network engineers as well as local IT
