production of HexaLock CD-RX copy protectable CD-R discs throughout the world.

CD-RX media took place from HexaLock’s headquarters in Shefayim, Israel. We
recognize a real need for more localized manufacture and distribution of CD-RX

using our production system and pre-approved CD-R base media suppliers. Then,
with our licensed software package, these manufacturers can produce CD-RX discs
for sale and distribution within their geographic regions. HexaLock CD-RX media
contain a pre-compiled session, which includes security elements that make the
disc copy protectable. Each disc is unique and contains elements that are
specific only to this disc.” Mr. Cohen concluded, “ Experiences so far have been

that HexaLock offers and the ease at which they are able to start up production,
