2005 Marks the Opening of New Industry Markets in the Professional Services Sector

Group announced the promotions and new addition to their Business Development
Outsourcing organization. When John Gregoire, Managing Director of The Endurance
Group, was asked about the recent changes he commented, “I’m pleased that the
team is in place to achieve the aggressive growth goals set for the 2005,
including opening new industry markets in the professional services sector.”
The organizational changes included the recent promotions of Jane Clabby
and Bob Rose to newly created positions of Vice President. In their roles Ms.
Clabby and Mr. Rose are responsible for providing the direction for the
Outsourced Business Development teams and implementing client initiatives. Prior
to joining The Endurance Group, Ms. Clabby spent over 16 years at EMC
Corporation and Data General in senior level marketing and sales roles. Mr. Rose
has 25 years of experience with sales, marketing, and management roles in the
financial services industry including SunAmerica, Aetna Investment Services, and
Lincoln Financial. This combined talent brings a complementary and seasoned
sales experience for The Endurance Group’s client base.
Additionally,
Dave Volin has been recruited to serve as Vice President of Business
Development. The scope of his position includes continuing the expansion of
clients and opening new industry markets. After graduating from the Air Force
Academy, Dave spent 10 years serving in the U.S.Air Force. He then began his
second career in senior level sales, sales training, and marketing roles at
IBM.
