D. Noah Eckhouse Assumes President Position At Optram, Incorporated

Eckhouse has also joined the Optram board of directors. This promotion strengthens the management time and prepares the company for the next level of growth.

the promotion of D. Noah Eckhouse to president and chief operating officer of
Optram.
Eckhouse has also joined the Optram board of directors. Under
his new role, Mr. Eckhouse will assume day-to-day responsibility for all
operational aspects of the business. Co-founder Ted Selig will remain as
chairman and chief executive officer and will work closely with Mr. Eckhouse to
plan and execute the next level of growth for the Company.

which Jacent acquired in 2001. Before TrailBreaker, Eckhouse was a founder of
Player Systems Corp., a GPS-based golf course management company acquired in
1998 by John Deere. Mr. Eckhouse also managed the Marine Instrumentation Lab at
MIT and was a member of the America3 design team, the winning syndicate of the
1992 America's Cup sailing yacht race.
