NFL’s Terrell Buckley to Host Celebrity Golf Weekend in Jamaica

Buckley has invited celebrities from sports and entertainment to the Terrell Buckley Celebrity Golf Weekend at the Ritz-Carlton
Jamaica, April 15-17.
Black celebrities and white celebrities, including
Michael Jordan, Angela Bassett and Tanika Ray, will join T-Buck for the
celebrity golf tournament and fund-raiser.
T-Buck, who played football
for the New England Patriots in the 2002 Super Bowl and for the New York Jets
last season, has promised appearances by a host of athletes and entertainers in
Jamaica. The Florida State University Hall of Famer also hinted at making a
stunning announcement relating to his future sports career while in
Jamaica.
The celebrities will join T-Buck at the White Witch Golf Course
in Jamaica for mixing and mingling with fans, golfing, and reggae-dancing while
benefiting Jamaica’s youth.
The Terrell Buckley Celebrity Golf Weekend
at the famed Ritz-Carlton Golf and Spa Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica, will
raise funds for the Mustard Seed Communities. The non-profit organization cares
for babies and children with disabilities, including in the community of
Kingston, Jamaica.
The weekend’s events will include a “Back Nine”
after-party cocktail mixer with award presentation and a Jamaican beach party on
the shores of the Caribbean. Other celebrities who have confirmed their
attendance include the Miami Heat’s Shaquille O'Neal; NFL players Derrick Brook
and Marshall Faulk; and actors Vivica Fox, Malik Yoba, Orlando Bloom and Scott
Bailey.
The cost for the all-inclusive package is $4,000 and includes
two round-trip airfares on Air Jamaica, accommodations at the Ritz-Carlton for
two, all meals, beverages, taxes, gratuities, airport transfers in Jamaica for
two and two rounds of golf on April 16. A third person in the room is available
for and additional $1,900.
