Human Monitoring has Licensed Moonlight’s Embedded AVC and MPEG-2 Source Codes
The Israeli District Court approved the purchase offer that Human Monitoring Ltd ("HM") submitted for Moonlight’s Video CoDecs source codes for Embedded Media Processors.

District Court of Tel Aviv has approved on Thursday 1.9.05 the purchase offer
that Human Monitoring Ltd ("HM") submitted for Moonlight’s Video CoDecs source
codes for Embedded Media Processors.
The integration of Moonlight’s
proven CoDec technology with HM’s algorithms will allow HM to offer the Philips
Media Processors' customers unique solutions of superior quality having a
significant technological edge for LCD-TV Sets, DVD Recorders, Surveillance
Cameras, and Video Servers.
HM’s Intelligent Algorithms include a Digital
Image Stabilizer, and sophisticated VMD (Video Motion Detection), which
incorporates Privacy Protecting Technology. These highly efficient algorithms
can be integrated with full resolution open standard Video Encoders using a
single low-cost Philips Media Processor,
Moonlight Cordless Ltd. is
reputed for the quality of its open standard CoDecs, which were licensed to
companies like NEC, Cyberlink, and Panasonic. The Company is under Temporary
Liquidation since April 2004, the Temporary Liquidator being the attorney Ron
Gazit, of Gazit, Rotenberg & Co.
Human Monitoring Ltd. was founded
February 2005 by Dr. Nitzan Rabinowitz, the former CTO of Moonlight, and Ira
Dvir, the former CEO and co-founder of Moonlight. Human Monitoring is developing
