SKY PerfecTV signs an agreement with EdgeStream to begin trials to determine feasibility of deploying the ‘next generation Video Streaming Technology platform’ to provide DVD quality video over IP to the Japanese broadband users over the public Internet

users across all networks in Japan to watch uninterrupted Broadcast quality
video on demand streams over the public Internet.
