ZPRO Chemical, Inc. shareholders and investors have agreed to exclusively license all of the anti-obesity technology of ZPRO Chemical, Inc. to ZPPI for FDA approval, commercialization and marketing and have given ZPPI an option to have the technology assigned to ZPPI. The anti-obesity technology acquired by ZPPI relates to fat blockers, lipase inhibitors, anti-cholesterol compounds, dual action compounds, and proprietary dietary fiber supplements.
